orca screen reader in installer

I'm not sure if a new build was released or if I'm doing something dumb but I downloaded a fresh copy of the Trisquel desktop installer and it's plagued with Orca screen reader. It shows up during the installer, on the login screen, and after logging in.
Is this user error or an issue with the installer?
I believe Orca is activated if you leave the welcome screen alone right after booting for some time. (30 secs or so)
I do not know why there is Orca. Im sure more time is spent uninstalling it than people who need it would have to spend installing it.
Being blind on a system that you're not familiar with which doesn't help the blind probably makes using it for anything difficult, and that includes installing packages and installing the OS itself in the first place. Not being blind and closing Orca (you don't need to uninstall it) is a far more trivial task.
I'm sure the people who need it would disagree. Uninstalling for people who don't takes a few seconds. Accessibility is an important feature.

Those who need orca cannot easily install it, nor can they use a live system without it. To me, no orca is a black screen. Orca can be easily removed or deactivated. This said, we may be able to build the production Trisquel 7 without the automatic startup of orca on the live system, since gnome now has a universal toggle 'alt+super+s' to toggle the screen reader. As long as orca and its dependencies are installed, this should work. Once a system is installed, and the user logs in, she can activate orca with the toggle, and it will automatically activate for subsequent logins by that user. If we are to decide to eliminate the automatic orca startup on the live medium, I would ask that a sound be played, to indicate that the desktop is ready; The Trisquel 5.0 I18N edition had some music for this, and I found it helpful.
