As the title say it all, i need confirmation if anyone can access the openmailbox.org's site? I am asking it, because i cannot access my email neither access at forum, noting from openmailbox.org.
If it is another DDOS attack since 2 days ago... i better check another email service that dont go down so easily...it is not the first time it happens, but can be a bit annoying like a "yo-yo" effect...
Thanks in advance.

works good for me and it's been always working good since I opened the account (a month ago). By the way it's great with icedove - no need to change any settings when you set it up..

p.s - consider donating if you have some bucks to spare!!

Thanks all.
I still cannot access to the site, nor via Evolution. I tried with 3 computers: one with Trisquel 6, with internet via Abrowser and Evolution, for instance, finding for "openmailbox.org"(via internet Duckduckgo) and after noting happens. I have no problems with conection, it works just fine, i can access to other sites but openmailbox.org. I tried then with other 2 pcs: with Linux Mint and even with Windows. noting works to go to Openmailbox.org. I dont know what is going on. It says, server not found, which is strange, because if you all can access to it... i dont know if it is my ip or whatever, or router.
I guess i will try library tomorrow to see.
Thanks in advance all.
Best regards

Maybe your ISP is blocking the openmailbox.org server? See if you're able to access it through Tor. If that's the problem, try complaining to your ISP.

I just made an account, thanks to this post... I'm sorry you're unable to access it, though...

As onpon pointed out it seems your isp is blocking it.
In Italy (I live there) the isps are blocking some contents as for example vk.com where many streaming content is hosted. I remember a year ago when it first happened all I had to do was changing the DNS server in my router settings. Now, I don't know if that's the case but you could try and see if it helps.

Thanks SuperTramp83 and OnPon4.
I went to library and it worked all fine. I could open my email without problems. So i am suspecting of IPS. But i dont know how can use terminal to see DNS server or to change in any way router settings.
Also i tried TOR browser just to test if i could open openmailbox.org and i cant. So i almost sure that is my ISP that changed somehow. I dont want to find on google sites that is not friendly to software Livre, so i wanted ask things here first.
Thanks for the help.
Best Regards.

Well, Tor would bypass any ISP censorship unless you happen to choose a final exit node whose ISP also does the same censorship, so I think we can rule out your ISP being the problem, unless you succeed after trying a few times (different Tor Browser sessions).

aprendiz - if you want to change the dns in your router you have to open abrowser and type in the url the router's address (usually is something like 192.168.1.1 / 192.168.0.1 or similar - if you do a research on the net you will find the correct address for your router - dlink, linksys, netgear or whatever it is..) . You have to insert username and password. Usually admin and blank or admin admin or something else (that also can be found in internet or under your router on the label)
Then you have to search for DNS in the router's page settings and change the address to something else (actually 2 addresses, primary and secondary). You can use opendns for example or opennic (do a research on the net)
I use this one as my primary - 77.109.138.45 (it is secure, fast and non-censoring, but I live in Italy which is relatively close to that server which is in switzerland..It may be slow for you if you're in the States!)
hope this will help you somehow!
cheers!
