Hi, I'm using protonmail. If I check disable javascript or GNU Libre JS the page don't load. This mean protonmail is not 100% free software?

Protonmail is a service, not software.

If you want to use an email service without JS, use an email client (e.g. Claws Mail which is FOSS).

This is true for most email providers, but Protonmail is both. In addition to a service, it has client-side software that users need to run in order to use the service. This software is normally their JavaScript or their mobile client, and it handles encryption/decryption. In order to use Protonmail with Claws or another mail client, paid users can install a bridge[1] which apparently sits in front of the client and manages encryption/decryption and connections to ProtonMail's server.

Also try Trojita (LXQt), KMail (Plasma), K9Mail (F-droid), they are free software too.

Are you a paid user of Protonmail? If so, do this.[1] If not, you won't be able to use Protonmail with your preferred email client. If you want to use your preferred email client without paying, you'll need to another email provider, maybe Disroot.
