"Recent" Stallman note on cookies?

I thought I read "recently" (as in the last couple of months or so) some Stallman note cookies, where he talked about (I think) some addon or something that was giving you warnings or something whenever a website had a "sneaky" cookie-setup (like making it really hard to disagree to cookies; and/or having "necessary" cookies; and/or straight up lying).
I tried searching his own website, stallman.org, and this forum here, but couldn't find it. I also took a quick look at the gnu site.
Anybody here knows what I'm talking about? Was I just dreaming all this?

I still wonder, though, about where I read/heard Stallman talking about it. Ahwell, thanks :)
