Triskel: no custom keyboard shortcuts menu

There was another forum topic about this but it's locked. I install "triskel" and there is no way to assign keyboard shortcuts to applications. There should be another menu "shortcuts" section of system settings. Along with Standard Keyboard Shortcuts and Global Keyboard Shortcuts there should be a Custom Keyboard Shortcuts menu. Are there any Triskel users out there who can help me?
