Hi,

Does anyone know Twister? http://twister.net.co/

It looks good to me, but I haven't found it in the Trisquel repository. So, before installing it, I wanted to ask what your opinion is.

If it is free software, it'd be nice to find it in the repository.

I haven't used it myself, but I know people who do and they enjoy it. The maintainer of the Linux-libre kernel, Alexandre Oliva, is one of the people using it.

Personally I use GNU social (at https://quitter.se/), but I'd love to see Twister and GNU social federate somehow.

Yes, I use it, I liked it more than gnusocial, but gnusocial has many more users

I haven't tried Twister yet, for the same reason as OP, but I do like that it's architecture is P2P (based on the blockchain concept), instead of server/client like GNU Social/ StatusNet/ Pump.io etc. I would also like to see it evaluated for inclusion in the Trisquel repos.
