I have User-2(Guest)connected to "Wifi-2"

If i connect User-1(Admin) to "Wifi-1" gonna automatically set "Wifi-1"for User-2(Guest) too.

How can i let User-2(Guest) stick with "Wifi-2"?

P.s.= User-2(Guest)must be not able to connect to WLANs other than"Wifi-2".

Not only I doubt I can help you (because I am bad at networking)... but I doubt anybody can help you! You need to explain better. What is your infrastructure (hardware and software)? What are you trying to achieve?

I have two routers and one laptop.
Trisquel with admin account and guest account.
Admin can connect to both routers access points.Guest has to connect to one router access point only.

The routers have different BSSIDs and passwords. Give the guest only one password.

okay i'm gonna try to explain it again:

There are two wireless access points:

1 Tplink Wifi
2 Netgear Wifi

Let's assume that Magic Banana and Loldier share one laptop.

Magic Banana has root privileges.

When Magic Banana logs in, he connects to the Tplink Wifi and sometimes to the Netgear Wifi.

GOAL:When Loldier it automatically logs in he must be forced to connect to the Netgear Wifi only.

The problem is that when Magic Banana is connected to the Tplink Wifi and logs off when Loldier logs in he's automatically connected to the Tplink Wifi(because of Magic Banana)

I think you can set privileges to the wifi connection in Network Manager, just like Mangy D. said. The guest won't even see the other router. Also, don't broadcast the other administator's router SSID. The guest has no way to install software that looks for hidden SSIDs. The best solution would be to have two NICs (network cards).

Loldier:
Unfortunately i cannot use two NICs at the moment
Cannot hide SSID broadcast(future guests gonna need access).

Mangy Dog:
Don't need to lock a network-manager/Wicd...
I just need to point one SSID to the Admin account "Only".
Kinda profiling a "Me only" access to that SSID.
In this way when i switch from Admin to User that "Profile" is not saved automatically(so no Wifi connection)and the user can choose the second Wifi SSID.
