Trisquel builds from source, so it doesn't.

Any source for this? https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/how-trisquel-made
suggests packages that we don't modify being copied from Ubuntu.
Checksums for coreutils binary package are the same as in Ubuntu, while
binaries usually differ in different builds.
