Has anyone here been able to get UXA working with Trisquel?

My machine has an Intel 965 graphics card and I'm running the 64bit
version 3.0 build. When I add the line:

Option "AccelMethod" "uxa"

into xorg.conf and restart xorg, things start to go very slow for me and
many things don't work.

I have read on this blog (Spanish)
http://www.fayerwayer.com/2009/03/uxa-no-esta-listo-para-ubuntu-904-segun-canonical/
that UXA is not fully supported by Ubuntu 9.04 because there are yet to
many bugs to correct and this sacrifice the efficiency of the Intel
architecture, so they decided to use EXA by default.

Trisquel 3.0 is based on this version of Ubuntu, so the bugs of UXA in
Ubuntu are also in Trisquel, maybe is this what is causing you problems.

The Ubuntu development team says that UXA should be clear of bugs for
the next release, that more or less will be out in 15 days I think, and
it will be included as default, let's wait for the next Trisquel
release :P
