Web Proxies that you use

Hey everyone,

I have a device in which I need to use a VPN (Tor won't work in that one). In order to not give my information to the VPN, I prefer to use a web proxy (ISP only sees VPN, VPN only sees web-proxy, web-proxy only sees website).

I have a couple, but would like to ask if you guys know any others? Preferably:

No JS required;
No cookies;
Free Software if such exists;
