What is the free software angle regarding wifi repeaters? I have found no declared free software wifi repeaters. No respect your freedom wifi repeaters, no wifi repeaters on h node. Are there wifi repeaters you can use in the light of the free software principles? When I say wifi repeaters I mean what is commonly known as dedicated wifi repeaters.
Thank you.

You can make a repeater by configuring a wifi routeur like described at https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/relay_configuration. These instructions should work on any routeur running libreCMC, for example the Netgear WNDR3800 (you need to flash it yourself).

Besides, if you look at https://www.thinkpenguin.com/catalog/networking-gear-gnu-linux, the TP-R1300 is certified RYF and there are packs of 3 or 5 configured for that. There are instructions at https://www.thinkpenguin.com/gnu-linux/directions-those-who-purchased-mesh-kit.
