In the bundled librejs in IceCat 31.2.0, clicking "Allow all scripts in this page" should allow all blocked scripts in the page to be executed. However, librejs still blocks those scripts until you individually whitelist them. In comparison, in Abrowser 33.0 with the same version of librejs (6.0.1), clicking "Allow all scripts in this page" really does allow all scripts on the page to run.
Yeah, I need to fix the whitelisting page. This issue will be tracked in the LibreJS bug tracker here: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?43528
