No "empty document" or similar file template by default.

GNOME 3.10 supports file templates via the ~/Templates folder for creating new files. However, this isn't necessarily obvious to new users, so not having any templates by default creates the appearance that the feature of having Nautilus create new files doesn't exist, even though it does. I think accounts should have a template called something like "Empty document" by default.
