non-ubuntu packages don't appear in 'Add/Remove Applications'

IceCat and Abrowser, for instance, are missing. I believe that this is because /usr/share/app-install/desktop has not been updated from Ubuntu.

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported release.
