FreeCAD stable package needs to be updated to 0.17.13541

Trisquel 8.0 support ended in April 2021.
Please open a new issue in case it remains on the current supported
release.

Over at the FreeCAD forums we get a lot of users still using obsolete versions of FreeCAD because their distros aren't up-to-date. Thank you in advance!
