No obvious "membership" link on main page

It would be nice if there were a link for "Membership" under the "Donate" link on the navigation bar, at the right of the page.

Also, there doesn't seem to be a bug category for a "main page" component, so i listed wiki.

I believe we are trying to work on having a banner type advertisement for it that we can post on the site.
