Kubuntu have customized Choqok the default microblogging client in Triskel with a custom Twitter OAuth id to cause this.
I have manually rebuilt the package from source on my system after removing the patch kubuntu_01_consumerkey.diff and it now reports just Choqok. I needed to re-authenticate Choqok with Twitter when I did this.
It says you removed a patch or something though? Does the default package have this problem?
If by rebuilding and removing the patch this branding issue occurs then it is not a bug in Trisquel. If however it happens with the default package it is then a branding bug.
The default package is Kubuntu branded. Removing the patch restores it to Choqok only branding.

I've coded and tested a package helper against Trisquel 6.0 where the problem still exists that fixes this. The patch for it is on the trisquel-devel mailing list here
http://listas.trisquel.info/pipermail/trisquel-devel/2013-April/000726.html
I'm closing this bug because the version of Choqok in the Trisquel 6.0 repo uses the Twitter 1.0 API. Twitter have ended support for this API. The patch being to the key for that API it can be reasonably assumed it won't apply to a new API version.
This is not the place to file a feature request for Choqok updating to a later Twitter API.
