Allow translators to view a list of untranslated pages per language

We have a hand-built page with a list of (nearly) all known pages [1] but we have to update it manually.

Ideally we should have a View that can display a list of nodes that need translations for a specific language. As a starting point, it is possible to display a list of nodes that have NO translations [2] but it does not allow filtering per language. Custom coding will be needed to allow a View to do that.

Alternatively, we can investigate the Translation Management module [3] which allows users, or at least privileged translation managers, to view untranslated nodes per language.
