Translation of Trisquel official documentation and elimination of IceCat/Abrowser duplicate extensions

Does anyone know what must I do to be able to edit and update parts of the wiki that are not currently modifiable? (For example the blue box with the references on this page: https://trisquel.info/es/wiki) I'm trying to update and translate the documentation to the Spanish. On the other hand, is it possible to eliminate duplicate entries for the IceCat/Abrowser extensions? Also I would like to solve this problem.
Thanks in advance.
Those links appear in the Documentation page's blue box because there is a parent-child relationship between the Documentation page and the blue-box-list pages.
The Documentation page is "parent" to all the pages listed in that blue box. And all those pages listed in the blue box are "child" to the Documentation page.
I think that every parent page has a blue box for its child pages. You can change the hierarchy of items in the blue-box-list. To do that:
(1) go to the individual child page
example: https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/philosophy
(2) click Edit (between "View" and "Revisions")
example: https://trisquel.info/en/node/11826/edit
(3) Expand the "book outline" area
(4) Change the weight to order the list in the way that you think is best. "Weight" is the third option (under Book and Parent Item).
Please feel free to assign a Book and Parent Item too, if you find a page that does not have those yet.
I don't think that there is a way to change the item names in the blue box. At least, for pages that already exist. If you want to change a page's name, you must save the wiki text and paste it into a new page. Be sure to talk to Grant about that -- he's in charge of that kind of thing.

I've reported some duped addons here, join the fun

Thank you for translating!

Admins: Enjoy!!! :P
Second part:
When editing documentation pages, we should consider what kind of user is likely to read that page.
New users are likely to click on "Documentation" from the website's front page. Where new users and more involved users are equally likely to visit a page -- the new users should get priority (in my opinion).
http://trisquel.info/en/wiki/documentation
Some of these are relevant to new users -- for example:
a) Language and Accessibility
b) Hardware
c) Home and Office
And some pages are less relevant to new users -- for example:
a) Developer meetings
b) Proposed policies, procedures, and solutions
c) Software that does not respect Free System Distribution Guidelines
d) Roadmap
e) Packages repository
New users may see the less relevant items as clutter. Or could give the impression that Trisquel is complicated.
Since new users go to that page, we should maximize on the opportunity there to deliver documentation that is useful to new users. And make a new place for more involved users.
