Abrowser with add-ons and tweaks or Icecat?

Is it safer/better/more free to use abroswer with all the guided tweaks and add-ons from the wiki pages, than to just use standard Icecat?

As far as I understand, the main difference between Abrowser and IceCat is that the former has LibreJS disabled by default (it is one click away though), whereas the latter has it enabled by default: https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/javascript-trap.html
