cant install mate

hi
I try install mate
but I can install it
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-mate-dev/ppa
Package repository for Ubuntu MATE.

Packages living here are either required to build the Ubuntu MATE .iso images or provide the meta packages.

Are you sure your using the right Ubuntu PPA for your version of
Trisquel? There's a page about installing MATE on the Trisquel wiki you
should have a look at.

It seems to me add-apt-repository is not working correctly at adding the ppa signing key. Don't know how to fix it though, but chances are that you have a broken system so I would recommend to make a fresh install of Trisquel.

Don't know what to say, if I add ppa:ubuntu-mate-dev/ppa with add-apt-repository it works just fine. Though add-apt-repository will finalize after giving some debug info if you press Contrl + C instead of Intro.
