can't log in using boot disc

Hi, I'm trying to run Trisquel from a boot disc. It prompts me to enter a username/password. When I leave blank it fails. What do I need to enter to log in? Any help appreciated. Thanks

It should actually autostart the graphical session. Anyway, the live user's login is "trisquel" and the password is blank.
