Changing cryptsetup's background image
Hello,
I'm using Trisquel-Mini 8. The default background image of cryptsetup where I enter my password to unlock my encrypted disk is default Flidas wallpaper. I changed Grub's background, and default login sceen's / lightdm's wallpaper, but cryptsetup's background is still the same. What should I do? Thanks.

Actually when I changed Grub's and login screen's wallpapers, I was looking at the posts at that thread. I changed the login screen's wallpaper by editing /usr/share/background the way you described, changing only the file, not the name "flidas". Also I was able to change the shutdown screen's background by changing the file at plymouth. If I remember correctly, it also changed Grub's background. Unfortunately, none of them changed the cryptsetup's wallpaper. I looked a bit further today, and tried to copy a file to /boot folder where a plymouth executable file (or config file I'm not sure) mentions it as a default image location, but that didn't work either. I am looking for further help. Thanks for the reply.
Have you tried running "sudo update-initramfs"? This updates the kernel RAM disk, and should, as such, add any changes you've made to your boot-related files. The RAM disk is basically what the Linux(-libre) kernel unpacks at boot, and uses as a base to start the rest of the operating system. Since the wallpaper is shown at boot, it should be in the RAM disk for it to be shown.
