If Debian 10 allows no closed source firmware; blobs; etc like Trisquel then I don't believe it will work. That CPU has the HD6310 built in for the GPU and according to H-Node on whether it works with free software:

"works, but without 3D acceleration"

That usually means you'll get a picture on screen but a really low resolution and can't even do basic things such as change the resolution because without the firmware/blobs the OS doesn't know what to do with the GPU.

One of my friends has installed Debian on a very-low-end AMD system, and it was barely usable.

The real problem is that, how well do you expect Debian to work on AMD-APU-based systems?
