To be more precise, it is Trisquel's default look (using Gnome 2.32) right after a fresh install.

The default desktop of Debian 6.0 (Squeeze) is Gnome 2.30, which is almost the same as Gnome 2.32. However Debian GNU/Linux does not customize much the desktop. Here is the its default look after a fresh install: http://distrowatch.com/images/cgfjoewdlbc/debian.png

Of course you could tune it to make it look just like Trisquel's. However why not directly using Trisquel. Beside the aesthetic frivolity, you would end up with an operating that entirely respect your freedom. In particular, it will never offer you the installation of proprietary softwares (wheread Debian has a nonfree repository).
