Disable Orca in Display Manager (LightDM)
Anyone could tell me how to do that? It's really annoying. Please remove the auto start of orca in the next version.
This is just LightDM, not MATE, right? If so, just click on the
accessibility icon at the top right and disable the screen reader.
Thanks. I didn't know that :P

I hope that doesn't happen. This helps people with visual impairments use Trisquel easily. Accessibility features are an important part of Trisquel's standard edition.

Agreed. It's easier for someone who doesn't need accessibility features
to disable them than for someone who does need them to enable them.
There is actually nothing to disable. One only needs to know that she has to move the mouse right after the live desktop environment starts. The screen reader is only executed if the user does not interact with the system for some time (tens of seconds?).
More often than not the (USB live) system is so slow to boot or complete the boot that the screamer starts on its own.
+1!
From personal experience: If one needs the accessibility in order to turn on the accessibility, that's not acceptable.
I mean, It's really awesome to have that program but I think that enabling It by default It's not a good idea since the majority of users doesn't have accessibility problems. If you think about it,a person who has accessibility problems and needs to install Trisquel for the first time, she or he has to access the BIOS and that's not accessible at all. In the end, that person will need help from another.
My solution is that you should include in the Trisquel installation a checkbox that indicates whether or not activate accessibility features. It's just an opinion, what do you think about it?

That could work. Or a dialog at first login to configure accessibility
settings. Or a separate ISO like Parabola has.[1]
As Magic Banana notes, if the user installs Trisquel from a live session
and uses the mouse during that session, the screen reader is not enabled
after installing, so another solution might be to do the same thing if
the user uses the mouse while using the graphical installer.

This goes without saying..
But still no one answered the OP's question:
sudo apt purge gnome-orca
