This is one article that tells how to disable tracking in Firefox http://www.linuxveda.com/2015/04/09/disable-tracking-firefox/ Same parameter should also set in Abrowser because its default value is false. Icecat does not contain this parameter.

Side note: the default Abrowser and IceCat installations both have a security bug where trying to geolocate your browser uses a Google API. You can turn this off by setting 'geo.wifi.uri' to 'localhost'.

The bug has been reported https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?44633

Don't know about the privacy.trackingprotection.enabled. Never heard of it, I don't have that entry in Iceweasel. I suspect it doesn't do the job that noscript, adblockedge or ublock with a good list and disconnect can do..
As for the geo.wifi.uri make sure geo.enabled is set to false - that will take care of the geo tracking, so you really don't need to modify the wifi.uri thing..

Here some entries that should be studied/modified in the FF advanced settings (about:config):

You can not find it because parameter is not included in browsers as Iceweasel or Icecat that following the Firefox ESR (31.x versions) But this parameter is included in Abrowser.

I have to set it to enabled, but I wonder if it is actually doing anything? Your supposed to see the icon when its blocking things next to the globe on the left of address bar.
