Does anyone else have no arrows on their scroll bars?

I noticed for some time that on the Browser, etc. on the right where the scroll bar is, there are no up/down arrows to click to increment. Is this on purpose, or is my system faulty? I have checked the settings and gconf-editor and found no way to get them to appear.

No arrows here either. I would have no use for them because I use the scrollwheel on my mouse or the side of the touchpad.

You might need to edit some userchrome files, wonder if this old incantation works http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=2209125#p2209125

I have a feeling this is different, as it is system-wide, including the text editor, file manager, etc. It is not just Firefox.

I assumed this is part of the default theme in Trisquel/Gnome Fallback. There are no arrows on any scrollbar in Trisquel by default AFAIK.

Running through all the installed theme options (adwaita, high contrast, etc.) reveals that none of them have arrows.

Yep - Just use your mouse wheel to scroll, or the up/down arrows on your keyboard, or the page up/page down button, or click on a location in the scroll bar to jump to that location in the document, or drag the scroll bar thingy up & down to move around, etc. There are plenty of options...

Honestly, I never used the arrow buttons, so I didn't notice that they weren't there.
