Does KDE-graphics have vector programs like Inkscape, and are there any free software beauty apps?

Before joining free software I was addicted to nonfree Chinese Meitu and TikTok for editing pics and movies of girls. Are there free software beauty programs thanks?
Also, does KDE-graphics have Inkscape-like vector programs? I now have installed all the KDE-graphics packages but when I search for "kde vector" or "kde svg" on Parabola it always reports nothing to me.

What do you mean by KDE-graphics? Do you mean Qt as opposed to GTK?

But this usually requires the full Calligra suite to be installed, and has not few KDE deps. I'm ok to myself which KDE is one of the desktops I use for daily practice, in parallel to LXQt, Cinnamon, MATE, Xfce, Enlightenment, Sway.
I also think if KDE is bloated highly depends on how you install other Qt-related packages and what they are.
SDDM is always smallest, most compact, most independent, most jack-of-all-trades, most eyecandy login manager for myself.
LightDM has poor Wayland support and is hard to tweak for theming, though little less deps and smaller than SDDM.
GDM is almost always dependent on GNOME and is mortally unfriendly against non-GTK desktops, also GNOME themes are very usually GDM themes, finally you're nowhere to edit GDM without GNOME.

Install the full Calligra suite and you should get Karbon. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calligra

Though Karbon is/was considered part of Calligra suite, it is not installed by default for most KDE-based distributions.
