When following this guide: https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu

To install the development or staging versions of Wine, I get this when I try to update:

E: The repository 'https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu flidas Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

Is it possible to enable such a feature through GUI?

Ubuntu doesn't have a version called Flidas. If you added the repository in /etc/apt/sources.list, change "flidas" to "xenial" there. If you used apt-add-repository, go to Software & Updates -> Other Software and change it there.
