Failing to Install tlp on Triskel 11
Hello! I have recently done a new install of Triskel on a laptop I bought for college, a Dell Latitude 5320 2-in-1. Everything worked except WiFI, so I managed to find a Atheros WiFI adapter that worked for cheap. Overall, this is a great GNU/Linux distro, thank you to the developers and contributers for their work. Battery life has seemed to suffer compared to my previous distro (openSUSE), so I decided to install TLP in an attempt to fix this. However, TLP fails to install. I get this error:
``The following NEW packages will be installed:
ethtool iw tlp tlp-rdw

Running an apt update or using --fix-missing doesn't fix the issue. I went to the trisquel repos in my browser, and noticed that the ethtool package is there under "ethtool_5.16-1ubuntu0.2_amd64.deb", using ...0.2 instead of 0.1.
Is this an issue with the repos, or did my system update wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.
what's the output of:
cat /etc/apt/sources.list

Execute 'sudo apt update'. Version 5.16-1ubuntu0.2 should then be proposed.
I've already tried that, it continues to attempt to install 5.16-1ubuntu0.1. This seems to affect more than just TLP for me, when trying to install Guix I get this:

Switching my mirror to fsf.org seems to have fixed it, and I now have upgrades available. Not sure why that happened in the first place, but oh well. Thanks for the help everyone.
