FOSS Oscilloscope Software?

Would anyone recommend a free and open source oscilloscope software that I can use to view audio waveforms? I want to avoid using non-free software vst plugins. I was told about "Freakascope" but that's non-free. Any suggestions?

Have you tested the three programs that come up in the Synaptic Package Manager when you search "oscilloscope"? They are "xoscope", "ll-scope" and "pulseview".

Yes. I am wondering if anyone has used one they like. I tried those and wasn't sure if those were the best.
