I am constantly behind a VPN so I'm not affected at all by this shit. I remember the trend started some 4 or 5 years ago. I remember circumventing the censorship (they blocked a few streaming websites) applied by my stupid ISP was as easy as setting opennic's DNS addresses in my router settings to replace their DNS server..
I wonder if it will still cut it, must try :)
