Hi, I want to make a blog. I was using blogger and wordpress but they're not 100% free software. Could anyone please help me?

Unless I'm mistaken, Wordpress is free software.

Wordpress don't load with javascript disabled.

I'm not sure whether or not all JavaScript on wordpress.org is free, but the all of the code, including JavaScript, needed for a Wordpress blog is free. You can install Wordpress on your own server and use it for your own website.

I was going to suggest looking into Joomla, as they seem to be libre and they offer a free 500mb blog hosted on their site. But when I go to launch.joomla.org in Icecat, I see that they are using google services. Also, it looks like it won't work with javascript disabled.

You could look into hosting your own local instance of Joomla. Maybe you wouldn't need google or javascript if you did that.
