Is exist any Free Software Site Like facebook.
(To chat with friend and sharing files and make group chat)?

Diaspora is my social network when I feel sociable (I'm very sociable btw, I have a dog..).
AFAIK it doesn't have group chat, but then again why don't you simply xmpp?
I saw fessbook used briefly but never used it so I wouldn't really know if diaspora lacks more than the chat compared to faecesbook..
