I made a wallpaper for Trisquel and it has several different background colors.
I distribute these wallpapers for free under GNU licence :)

Feel free to give me some feedback :)
Software used are: Inkscape and Gimp

Update:

All have been uploaded to:
http://gobblin.se/u/dadix/ , but I don't recommend you to download from here because the site apply compression in this have as result a poor quality . I see colour banding artifacts. So download the archive from above post.

Download svg file for logo:

If you have Trisquel-mini (lxde) enter in:

/usr/share/icons/trisquel/scalable/places

and copy trisquel.svg file here (replace trisquel.svg).
Then restart the pc to see the "start" logo from trisquel changed.

The download doesn't seem to work without nonfree JavaScript.

And how sad that must be for you, 'cause they're nice wallpapers, with a color for every occation.

Dadix, you can upload them to http://gobblin.se , a MediaGoblin[0] instance. The accounts there are free, (gratis) and MediaGoblin is free software, so that means all the JavaScript is free.

FWIW currently it says on the GNU MediaGoblin instance: License: all rights reserved.

I like the bright colors and gradients but to be honest I'm not a huge fan of the design.

Why don't you provide the gimp/ inkscape files too, so everyone can create his modified version of it?

You can upload them to MediaGoblin as an attachment.
