A brief update today, but about a large piece of work: the helper script for the Trisquel 8 linux-libre kernel is ready!

The commit is https://devel.trisquel.info/trisquel/package-helpers/commit/302c7ddf86a858cbfd76b1560e754de94714fb8b

It would be the last package needing manual building, after this the build jails for Flidas can be generated, and jenkins will start to build helpers. Stay tuned!

Thank you, Rubén!

As promised I have donated $50 to the Trisquel project for this update.

Will anyone join me?

Even if you can't do $50 please consider setting some amount that you can afford and join in. Long live Trisquel!

Hello all,
Where can I find an ISO file with fresh beta to download it?
Thanks a lot.

There isn't one yet. It is way too early. In this development update Rubén just made the kernel that allows for the build jails to get made so that the software can start getting compiled. An ISO won't exist until much later...

Thanks for updates! donated.

Please, versions for PowerPC and ARM. More and more people want to use PowerPCed and ARMed Trisquel versions.
