A future release should be named after me
Just call it "Teg" for version 6 based off of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
No, a future release should be called after me! Hawk sounds much better than Teg :P
What about a perverse allusion? :-p
What about it? It ought to be good, as long as my name is somehow involved.

I think it just flows with previous names (not in release order of course):
Dagda -> Taranis -> Teg
name it "Mindows 7" to get people searching for free copies of windows.

I would like to see Trisquel releases named after famous scientists and inventors, like the people from this list, but then again, what do I know...
I vote these for the next 5:
Howard, Leonard, Sheldon, Rajesh and Penny.
Penny should be the LTS because she needs long term support.
The previous release names share the common theme of being associated with myths. I would suggest this trend is continued with the next release by using Oisín. With the upcoming release being transitional (moving away from GNOME 2.x) it seems appropriate to connect it with a figure who left the past for the distant future.
They're all Celtic mythology, right?
Morrigan, the Goddess of battle would be cool.
Brigid is Dagda's daughter, so it would be natural for the next version, since they build on the last one.
:) You know what would be cool is if it was named after the person who made the largest donation since the last release.
lol, that would be a risky, but cool way to raise funds.
How about ME :P
Nah, too similar to iCarly, the kids show.
Does the Trisquel team really want to take an arrow in the knee for that? :-P
For now, version 5.5 will be named Brigantia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brigantia_%28goddess%29):

I love it!!!
