GNU IceCat needs updating

Curious IceCat is still at 38.8, however, 45.5.1 is available on gnuzilla.

Is the update script broken for this package?

yeah, i like to use icecat for reg. browsing and abrowser for password sites.....

looks like I'll use different profiles for a bit.
