GNUstep may leave the FSF and be hosted on GitHub

I can see this pissing off a lot of people considering that GitHub does not run on free software. Have they thought about alternatives like https://gogs.io for Git?

I hope they decide against leaving the GNU project, GNUstep is a nice addition to the operating system suite.
