Good network monitor for Trisquel Mini?

I can't seem to find a network monitor to put in the tray for my Trisquel Mini LXDE. There's a great panel applet called "resource monitors", but it only shows graphs for CPU and RAM. I wan't network usage as well. Any ideas where I can find something like that?

Not a tray applet but rather something like that, conky https://github.com/brndnmtthws/conky
Output for example:
It's available in the Trisquel repos (different packages with various configuration options enabled).

Hmm, well it's something :)
It suits my purposes for now at least.
But if anybody knows of something that's more like what I'm looking for it would be appreciated :)
