Windoze programs don't work in GNU/Linux. Forget those, they're probably proprietary. Instead, tell us what you're trying to actually do, what kind of a program do you need?

If they are non-free, then i probably cant help you. If they are free software, than reinstall wine, and see what happens. Do they have a native GNU/Linux version of the program (if it is free-software?)

Of course, if you're dead-set on running particular Windows programs, Wine has its own support forum. But yes, you should be using native, libre GNU/Linux programs. Even people who don't consider proprietary software to be a problem use Wine as a last resort. It often doesn't work, and when it does, it often doesn't work well.
