How to adjust brightness on Trisquel mini

The xrandr: 

xrandr --output  --brightness 0.8

It still maintain brightness, it only change color to more gray than. How to adjust brightness ( it means backlight). It's better than if it can make an icon in taskbar.

install 

xfce4-power-manager

and 

xfce4-power-manager-data

open the power manager, select "handle display brightness keys" and "system tray icon" like this image
