Isn't it already enabled by default ? :S

Edit > Preferences (or CTRL+ALT+P) > Behavior > Enable "scripts"

I have my midori in Portuguese but it probably didn't differ much.

That's enabled - so I have a peculiar problem. Up until a couple of hours ago My facebook page loaded no problem but now all I get is the top bar nothing else, however if I use abrowser the full page comes up no problem.
Any ideas ?

You've tried clearing the cache, temp files, etc? I've found Midori to be quite unstable. That may just be me, but Javascript execution will throw it off now and then.

Just remove the folder "midori" inside the ".cache" folder.

To find that folder use CTRL+H in nautilus, or in terminal just do :

rm -R .cache/midori
Then do CTRL+F5 on midori to force refresh and you will (normally) be able to see everything correctly.
