How to get laptop display information?

Good afternoon. :) I want to find out: what software tools can determine the display parameters of a laptop? Actually, the matrix type is interesting: 6bit / 6bit + FRC / 8bit... And in general, if the manufacturer and the store do not specify the parameters, is there a way to find them out? I try to protect my eyes, I think this is important for many people. What do you advise?
