Hallo, I would like to install a guest account for israeli visitors on my computer. Is there a way to get Trisquel in Hebrew?

From the main menu, go to System > Administration > Language Support, click Install / Remove Languages, and select Hebrew from the list. That should install Hebrew support on your system. You can then select Hebrew as the language when logging in.
