There is a KDE-specific flavor of Trisquel, called Triskel.

I know how to find the Trisquel 9.0 with KDE, but I looked and couldn't find Trisquel 8.0 with KDE.

If you are interested in Triskel 9.0 heres the link:

http://jenkins.trisquel.info/makeiso-etiona/iso/20200117/

you can find amd64/i686 version, whichever one you need.

Be aware that 9.0 is in beta and is not yet stable so packages might be broken.

I'll try it in qemu/kvm - virtmanager and give feedback about it That might be a chance to join development process of our community in my opinion Thanks a lot

Even if Trisquel 9 can be released in this month, it's already 2 years later than Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, and this partially cancels the so-called "LTS advantage". I once installed Trisquel 8 for some beginners. And when they want to manually install something, either building from source code or using pre-built binary packages, they routinely meet dependency problems, as the dependencies in Trisquel's repository are seriously outdated (already 4 years older). This also defeats the purpose of being "beginner-friendly" by choosing Ubuntu as the base. Let's consider an extreme (but not impossible) scene, in which the development of a certain version of Trisquel takes too long (because it's increasingly hard to "purify" Ubuntu), so that even before its release, the LTS period of the corresponding Ubuntu LTS version already ended. Above is why I no longer recommend Trisquel to others.

If someone wants to experience KDE (and/or Gnome) in a free/libre and stable distribution, I'd like to recommend PureOS, which is also FSF-endorsed. Its current version is built on the basis of Debian 10, and it receives minor updates every 1 or 2 months.

Not trying to go too off topic but..

I tried to install PureOS once just to check it out, I was unable to install it on my x200. When I looked for help I found this thread :

https://forums.puri.sm/t/installing-pureos-on-a-thinkpad-x200-with-libreboot/5284

Someone (who seems like a Purism employee, my JS is off so I can't verify on their site) replied by saying "It's only intended to work with Librem Laptops" and dismissed the question.

The OP of the thread later replied saying he solved by changing sources from Debian Buster.

I don't know if I am using this term correctly or not but this seems like Tivoization where free software is being used to lock users behind specific hardware.

Definitely not "tivoization", which is based on DRM. There is no DRM in PureOS, otherwise it wouldn't be endorsed by FSF.
