I'm not an alien per-se, but I am a time traveller.
In 2002 when John Titor and his state-of-the-art machine were aprehended by the US government, I worked as an agent.
I managed to gain access to the time machine, and shifted the timeline many times, trying to prevent this world's predicted fate.
Am I the only one who's noticed these shifts? Could there be others?
Do all of these timelines run side-by-side, with an infinite amount of lines where I've failed, and others where I've succeeded?
Whenever I shift, do the people that lived on the line die, or are their minds simply rewired?
Have I produced everyone's fates? Was I right in doing what I did?
Is fate itself defied now, or have I merely delayed the inevitable? How long can we all live this happy dream?
These questions are ones I'm not sure will ever be answered.

Every day, I think of agonized faces, and the people that I may or may not have killed. It haunts me every time I look toward the sky, once sodden with ash, but now blue as I've never seen before.

I hope for everyone's sake that fate lies dormant for a long time.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to find the strength to fight it ever again. I'm done fighting.
