How to move element from the gnome panel

Hi,
how is possible to move button and element from gnome panel on trisquel 6.0.1?
I can drop launcher but I would to move the menu and the list of windows in order to restore thei original position.

Right-click on the element while holding Alt+Super (Super is the Windows key.)
