How to Optimize Battery Life on Laptops Running Trisquel ??
Hello everyone,
I have been running Trisquel on my laptop for a few months and while the performance is great;, I have noticed that battery life could be better. Since Trisquel is a lightweight distro.., I expected it to use less power compared to other distributions but I still want to maximize battery life as much as possible.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to improve battery efficiency in Trisquel: ??
Are there any other tweaks I am missing: ?? I would love to know what others in the community do to squeeze extra battery life from their Trisquel laptops !! I have also read this resource https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/optimizing-battery-time-flutter/ it helped me a little but now I am looking for more tips.

How about TLP? It is good free software!

Have you used TLP, Sunny Day? If yes, what is your experience with it? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I use it and can recommend it. My battery is quite old and has benefited a lot since I started using tlp, have a read on their documentation, it explains it all a lot better than I could.
